  • Start by filling in my enquiry form, which gives us both a chance to see if we're a good fit. From there we'll jump on a discovery call to talk through what you need, where you're stuck and any questions you have. Then we figure out the best next step.

  • Yes, design is where I started! With 10+ years of graphic design experience, I really value how content looks & making it as good as the service behind it. Every piece is designed to your brand identity so your page always feels familiar, considered and trustworthy to the people looking at it.

  • No, and this is worth knowing early! Social media is often a really great starting point for getting you found and building trusted, but I also offer website optimisation, email marketing, print design, SEO support and Meta ads. All of which can be added on to a Socials, Managed retainer, or in some cases offered on their own.

  • The three levels are a starting point so you know what to expect, but I'm always happy to have a conversation about what works for your business, your goals and your budget. Most clients fit well into one of the levels, but I’m happy to be flexible.

  • A lot less than you'd think. Once we've done the initial strategy work together, your main job is reviewing and approving content in your client hub, and adding any assets, photos and images to our shared google drive. Most clients spend around 30 minutes a month on that. The rest is handled.

  • That's completely fine. Some clients like to send voice notes, share ideas or flag upcoming dates and offers, and I love that! Others prefer to hand it over completely and just approve before posting. You can completely decide on your involvement, even if that changes from one month to the next.

  • Everything goes through your client hub for approval before it's posted anywhere. If something doesn't feel right, you flag it and I'll adjust. Nothing goes live without you reviewing it.

  • Social media is often a longer term strategy, overnight results are rare (even going viral doesn’t = results). Most people start to feel the difference in how their presence feels and looks in month one, and see more growth in reach and enquiries by month three. That's why I go by a 3 or 6 month minimum retainer.

  • Absolutely. We can start from any point in your business journey, whether you’re starting fresh or picking up an account that’s been quiet for a while. Part of what I do is profile optimisation from day one, so we get everything looking right before we start posting.

  • After the initial 3 or 6 month retainer, you can stop or we can sign another 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. In the final contracted month, I ask for your month’s notice to wrap things up properly and to know whether to plan & create for the following month. If you’re unsure, I hold off until you’re ready. If you’re happy to continue, there will be a slight gap/pause in posting whilst the next month’s content is created.
