I'm Jazz, a designer with 10+ years of graphic design experience and 6+ years in marketing, but the bit that matters most is that I'm a mum of two who's spent a lot of time scrolling for a product or service and trying to work out which one feels the most reliable, trustworthy and clear.
That perspective is brought to every piece of content I create. Along with my design background, I offer support & content that values the visuals, ensuring your content is clear, repeatable & trustworthy from the first glance alone.

1:1 Growth Coaching
In 1:1 Growth Coaching sessions with me, we’ll dig in to exactly what your content needs and how you can achieve it, always making sure that it’s achievable for your schedule and works to really grow your business - new eyes, true trust, more sales.
The aim is always to work on the most effective changes for you & your business, with an action plan sent over to you after our calls that work to keep you on track and accountable with the next steps to take. In monthly support, we aim to cover all 3 steps of my core content process to take you from “content is a chore that gets me nowhere” to “content is easy & actually works!”. In a power hour with me, we can focus on one key part of content that you’re struggling with, whether it’s a design problem, a strategy & plan you need, messaging tweaks and mindset shifts or another.
You get ongoing Telegram support 4 days a week for the week following our call (or for the duration of our time working together) meaning you never have to be left guessing or wrapping your head around your content alone whilst you begin and work with your fresh content creation process.
That’s the kind of support that allows your confidence to grow, your content process to become clear and easy, and your business’ reputation to grow beyond your current circle of loyal clients with continuous sales and happy customers.

We focus on and tackle one core struggle you are facing with your content, whether it’s guidance on design and needing the creation process to be quicker, a content plan for the coming months, your messaging within your content, or you want an audit on your current content that we can work with in our call. You’ll get an action plan following our call that supports you in your next steps, plus support from me for the week following our call to answer any questions.

You bring your unique business knowledge and ideas, and I bring my experience as a social media manager to build your content strategy & workflow that works for you. I give you the framework, answers and accountability you need, but you maintain the authentic voice behind your brand by creating and posting the content yourself.

Yes! You won’t have to stare at a blank screen wondering what to say anymore. During our calls, we will brainstorm content ideas tailored to your specific audience. You will walk away from every session with a clear action plan so you know what to create and post next to turn followers into buyers.

Because the goal of this coaching is to make content feel simpler and more streamlined, it should actually save you time in the long run. Outside of our scheduled call(s), you’ll just need a few hours a month to batch plan & create your posts using the workflow we design together. We build a routine that fits into your current schedule without causing burnout & overwhelm.

We focus on the platform your specific target audience is most active and where you feel most comfortable showing up. For most this includes Instagram or Facebook, but I can also help with other platforms like LinkedIn & TikTok. Our strategy will be entirely customised to what makes the most sense for your business growth.

The first step is to fill in the Work With Me page. I’ll then review your form and get in touch. We can have a quick chat about where your business and content are currently at, what you want to achieve and make sure we're a perfect fit to start growing your online presence together. Then I send over your invoice and a short form to get started, and we get your first call booked in!
