I'm Jazz, a designer with 10+ years of graphic design experience and 6+ years in marketing.
Design is where I start with every business I work with, because it's what makes content easy to read, easy to trust and easy to say yes to. Good design isn't about making things look ‘pretty’ just because, it's what makes someone stop scrolling, feel safe and actually take in what you're saying. That's the difference between content that converts and content that just gets scrolled past.
The bit I’m confident on, you don't need a design background to get this right. I teach it in a way that works for whatever level you're starting from, whether you've never opened Canva or you've been working with it for years. It really can be simple, once you're shown the ways of doing it that click for you and make content creation feel so easy.
On top of that, I'm a mum of two who's spent a lot of time scrolling for a product or service myself, trying to work out which one actually feels reliable and trustworthy. That perspective sits alongside everything I create, because I know what it feels like to be the person deciding who to trust and what makes that decision.
I work with heart-led businesses, the ones that run on word of mouth and reputation, because I know what it takes to translate that same level of trust online.

By the time we get to our call, I'm up to speed on what your content needs, the themes to post within, and the content types that will grow your business best.
Then, a calm, creative call. Think coffee and cake with a friend. We dig into exactly what your content needs and how to get there, always in a way that's achievable for your schedule. Ask me anything that gives you clarity, or I'll guide you to what will support you best.
You walk away with a plan. Every call ends with an action plan sent your way, always focused on the most effective changes for you and your business, so you're never left guessing what to do next. And you're not on your own in between either, Telegram support 4 days a week keeps me in your back pocket for the questions that pop up as you go.

With full management, a social media manager takes over your content and does the posting for you. With Growth Coaching, we work as a team to help you create your own content. You bring your unique business knowledge and ideas, and I bring my experience as a social media manager to build your content strategy & workflow that works for you. I bring the strategy, framework and accountability, but you stay in control of your profiles by creating and posting the content yourself.

Yes! You won’t have to stare at a blank screen wondering what to say anymore. In our calls, we brainstorm content ideas tailored to your specific audience. You will walk away from every session with a clear action plan.

Because the goal of this coaching is to make content feel simpler for you, it should actually save you time in the long run. Outside of our calls, you’ll just need a few hours a month to batch plan & create your posts using the workflow we design together. We build a routine that fits into your current schedule without causing burnout & overwhelm.
